Please follow the steps below to complete your registration. The deadline for abstract submission is 28th of Februrary 2025.

  1. Submit abstract below by the 28th of Februrary 2025
  2. Receive notification of selected talks/posters (15th March 2025)
  3. Payment (by 31st March 2025)
    Please follow the instruction in the email in step 2 to complete the payment.
  4. Receive registration confirmation
    Once your payment is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email for the completion of your registration.

Note 1.
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunch, and dinner for the three days, and a Stocherkahn boat ride along the Neckar river.

Note 2.
June is a busy time in Tuebingen. After abstract submission, we recommend that you book your hotel as soon as possible. There are many hotels downtown, but we have pre-booked some rooms to make sure that everyone finds a place to stay. Please use 'SMBEnoise' if booking here or here.
